Customization Guide

Sprint 22 adds a customization foundation without making the OS chaotic.

User Customization

Users can save dashboard focus, compact view preference, default landing page, saved filter text, table column preferences, and internal notification preferences in the existing per-user dashboard preference record.

These preferences do not change permissions, approvals, prices, imports, production settings, or external delivery.

Admin Customization

Settings now stores and surfaces organization profile, branding basics, pipeline stage labels, deal types, quote revision reasons, document templates, communication templates, internal task templates, approval rule visibility, feature flags, and manager rehearsal checklist visibility.

Custom deal labels must still map to Open, Won, Lost, or On Hold.

Users with settings.manage can save:

• pipeline stage display labels mapped to fixed CRM enum stages
• deal type suggestions
• quote revision reasons
• internal task templates in Name | Description form

Required quote revision reasons are preserved automatically. Customization does not change permissions, approvals, quote prices, import execution, external delivery, or production settings.
