Import Troubleshooting Runbook

For local imports:

• Keep files in ignored local/private import folders.
• Export the active data tab only.
• Treat operational/high-risk fields as notes-only or ignored.
• Use dry run and approval before execution.
• Confirm duplicates are skipped or linked, not auto-merged.

Do not connect live Google Drive sync or import unsafe target entities.
