Sprint 22B closes the focused Sprint 22 audit gaps without adding external integrations, autonomous AI actions, production deployment, production secrets, or weakened auth.

UX Screenshots and External Review

Run pnpm ux:review only while the local dashboard and docs app are running cleanly. The command writes ux-review-package/README.md, route-map.md, navigation-map.md, page-inventory.json, and desktop/mobile screenshots under ux-review-package/screenshots/.

ChatGPT and other external assistants cannot directly review localhost, private LAN IPs, or phone-only URLs. Until safe staging exists, review must use local screenshots, screen recordings, ux-review-package, audit reports, and Codex local browser/smoke tests. External review begins only after staging is deployed at a safe staging URL such as https://staging-app.submicrons.net.

Agent Run Detail Pattern

Agent Run detail pages should show a manager-readable summary before technical details: agent name, status, trigger type, source, outcome, blocked behavior, created proposals/requests/handoffs, mutation status, and next human action. Raw input/output and full metadata remain under Developer details.

Smoke Test Troubleshooting

If pnpm test:smoke times out but direct route checks pass, restart both dev servers and rerun. Route traversal uses page headings as completion markers and allows slow local compilation, but it should not be skipped unless a limitation is documented.

Recommended Quote Selection

Quote sets identify:

• Recommended quote: quote status APPROVED.
• Customer-selected quote: quote status ACCEPTED.
• Original, budget-reduced, scope-change, and phased quotes: inferred from quote number/title labels.

Deal detail, quote detail, proposal comparison, and proposal generation show badges and warnings when no single recommended quote exists.

Multi-Quote Comparison

Proposal comparison includes inverter/power capacity, battery capacity, solar capacity, price, expected performance, backup/runtime review notes, changed/reduced scope, budget tradeoffs, operational risk, and recommendation. Missing values must say Not provided or Requires review.

Proposal Visibility

Deal detail and quote detail show related technical/commercial proposal summaries, including status and source context. Generation remains draft-only and never sends externally, approves quotes, or changes prices.

Customization Controls

Authorized settings managers can save pipeline stage display labels, deal type suggestions, quote revision reasons, and internal task templates. Pipeline stages always map back to fixed system states: Open, Won, Lost, or On Hold. Required quote revision reasons are preserved automatically.
