Domain Readiness Guide

Future domains:

• staging-app.submicrons.net - staging web app.
• app.submicrons.net - future production web app.
• docs.submicrons.net - documentation app.
• api.submicrons.net - optional future separated API host.

Requirements

• DNS records must point to the staging/proxy host only when staging is ready.
• HTTPS is required for staging and production auth cookies.
• APP_URL and BETTER_AUTH_URL must match the public staging host.
• Reverse proxy headers should be reviewed before enabling trusted proxy behavior.
• CORS or allowed-host changes should be explicit and documented.

LAN testing uses local HTTP and private IP host allowances. Staging uses HTTPS public hostnames and secure cookies. Do not copy LAN auth settings into staging as a shortcut.
