Use this when: confirming staging cannot send, sync, charge, publish, or act autonomously.

Required Disabled Flags

• COMMUNICATION_EXTERNAL_SENDING_ENABLED=false
• GOOGLE_DRIVE_SYNC_ENABLED=false
• WHATSAPP_SYNC_ENABLED=false
• GMAIL_SYNC_ENABLED=false
• WOOCOMMERCE_SYNC_ENABLED=false
• SOCIAL_SYNC_ENABLED=false
• PAYMENT_GATEWAY_ENABLED=false
• AI_AUTONOMOUS_ACTIONS_ENABLED=false

UI Checks

1. Settings / Feature Flags shows external integrations disabled.
2. Communication Outbox remains manual copy only.
3. Agent Drafts remain draft/proposal only.
4. No payment gateway, social publishing, Gmail, WhatsApp, Google Drive live sync, or WooCommerce connection is enabled.

Log Checks

Logs must not contain provider tokens, passwords, DATABASE_URL, auth secrets, real customer exports, or private import paths.
