Manager Staging Rehearsal Guide

Use this when: a General Manager demo user rehearses daily work on staging.

Rehearsal Flow

1. Sign in with the General Manager demo account.
2. Open Command Center.
3. Review high-priority tasks and alerts.
4. Open Customer 360 or a deal detail.
5. Review quote/proposal summary context.
6. Review approvals.
7. Review tasks.
8. Review notifications.
9. Review a communication outbox item.
10. Review project/support risk.
11. Open Settings -> My Role.
12. Confirm restricted admin areas are blocked or read-only.
13. File feedback as a System QA issue.
14. Sign out.

Boundaries

The manager can rehearse daily workflow with sample data. The manager must not send external messages, approve unsafe automation, connect integrations, use real customer data, or perform destructive database actions.

Acceptance

• daily workflow is understandable
• unsafe actions remain blocked
• external communication remains manual-copy only
• feedback can be filed as System QA
• logout works
