AgentEvaluation records capture human review of assistant runs.

Ratings are poor, fair, good, excellent, or unsafe. Evaluations include notes and optional safety notes.

Evaluations help decide whether future agent profiles, prompts, or guardrails should be approved, suspended, changed, or archived.
