Sprint 17 guardrails block:
- Direct business record mutation
- External email, WhatsApp, WooCommerce, or API actions
- Finance approval, payment confirmation, receipt issue, or price change
- Quote approval or quote mutation
- Customer communication sending
- Duplicate merge or destructive cleanup
- File-system/code execution, deployment, or publishing
- Production secret requests or storage
Blocked runs are recorded as AgentRun records with status BLOCKED and create human handoffs or system alerts where appropriate.
