Roles

• audits.view: may view audit pages, load assessment totals, load items, findings, and snapshots.
• audits.manage: may create and edit audits, load items, manual findings, and finding resolutions.

Approved for Quote is only a readiness signal. Sprint 4 does not generate quotes or BOQs.

Basic flow

1. Create an audit from /audits/new.
2. Link it to CRM context where available.
3. Enter site details and assumptions.
4. Add load items from the Load Items page.
5. Review calculated totals and system findings.
6. Resolve findings after the missing data, risk, or clarification is handled.
7. Move the status to review or quote-readiness when the team is satisfied.

CRM visibility

CRM companies, contacts, leads, and opportunities show related audits to users who also have audits.view. CRM users without audit permission do not see audit links.
