Communication Approval Workflow
Communication reviewers can approve, reject, comment, or request changes on an outbox item.
Use this when you need to follow the normal operating flow for Communication Outbox.
Communication reviewers can approve, reject, comment, or request changes on an outbox item.
Approval changes the item to Approved for Manual Send; it does not send or schedule a message. Rejection and changes-requested states keep the item internal. Comments create review records without changing item status.
Every review action records activity logs and a CommunicationReview row.
