Sprint 19 adds the Controlled Communication Draft Outbox. It is an internal queue for message drafts that can be reviewed, copied, and marked manually sent.
Use this when you need a quick orientation to Communication Outbox.
Sprint 19 adds the Controlled Communication Draft Outbox. It is an internal queue for message drafts that can be reviewed, copied, and marked manually sent.
The system does not send email, WhatsApp, SMS, or external messages. Outbox records retain source links to approved workflow drafts, agent runs, and source records where available.
