Supported Statuses
- Current: safe to use for normal staff or developer work.
- Draft: useful but not yet accepted as the official operating guide.
- Needs Review: likely useful, but stale or incomplete enough to verify before relying on it.
- Deprecated: replaced by newer guidance.
- Archived: retained for history, audit, or sprint traceability.
Review Expectations
Current operating docs should have an owner and review date. Stale docs should become System QA or Data Quality issues where practical, especially if staff could follow the wrong workflow.
