Inventory workflow

1. Create categories and suppliers.
2. Create product masters with warranty, serial tracking, price, and store-placeholder fields.
3. Activate approved products with inventory.approve.
4. Add stock locations.
5. Add stock items for stocked products.
6. Link quote BOQ items to products from the quote BOQ page.
7. Create stock reservations manually against quote items, quotes, projects, or companies.
8. Record stock movements explicitly when stock is received, transferred, adjusted, damaged, lost, allocated, or installed.

Sprint 10 deliberately does not apply automatic stock deduction. A stock movement is an auditable operational note until a future sprint defines deduction and procurement rules.
