Manager Rehearsal Runbook

Steps
- Open
/dashboard/rehearsal. - Confirm the readiness cards explain the rehearsal purpose.
- Open
/dashboard/rehearsal/manager. - Read the four-step script: orient, inspect, decide, report.
- Open
/dashboard/rehearsal/manager/checklist. - Open each checklist item source link, including the logistics/fleet placeholder items.
- Mark at least one item In Progress.
- Mark one item Completed.
- Submit feedback as a System QA issue.
- Confirm the feedback appears in System QA and Command Center QA cards after refresh/seed where applicable.
Expected Result
The manager can reach the bottom of the checklist on mobile, understand each queue, see logistics/fleet readiness as planned placeholder work, and file feedback without mutating business records.
Remaining Limitation
The rehearsal checklist is seeded for the local administrator by default. Broader assignment workflows can be expanded later without changing the Sprint 21 safety boundary.
