System alerts are generated from deterministic rules against existing data.

Implemented rules include:

• Overdue invoice with unpaid balance.
• Support ticket overdue SLA.
• Project with unresolved high-risk blocker.
• Audit approved for quote but no quote exists.
• Quote approved but not sent to client.
• Accepted quote with no invoice.
• Paid invoice with no project.
• Completed project with no installed system.
• Installed system with no warranty records.
• Active product missing selling price.
• Active product missing cost price.
• Quote item not linked to product.
• Expired stock reservation.

Alert statuses:

• Open
• Acknowledged
• Resolved
• Dismissed
• Archived
