Scope
The Sprint 16 implementation is local and manual. It does not add telemetry, analytics SDKs, mobile apps, customer portals, AI agents, or external integrations.
Usage
Use /data-quality/adoption to record the event type, module, action, optional user id, and context note. If no user id is provided, the current user is recorded.
