Sprint 13 added a human-controlled staging foundation for Google Drive and legacy sheet migration work. Sprint 14 added the controlled legacy data import MVP on top of approved staging batches. Sprint 15 adds local-only CRM and product import review for real exported CSV/XLSX files.
The allowed workflow is:
- Register the source file or legacy sheet.
- Link it to a source-of-truth record.
- Create a mapping and column mappings.
- Generate preview rows.
- Run validation.
- Run duplicate checks through dry-run.
- Submit mapping or batch for approval.
- Stage real CRM/product exports from ignored local CSV/XLSX files when needed.
- Execute approved low-risk target imports through a controlled mode.
- Review execution rows, links, conflicts, rollback references, verification, and migration audit history.
Sprint 15 may create or safely link selected low-risk CRM/product records only. It does not import finance/payment records, quote/BOQ pricing records, audit calculation records, project records, support tickets, installed systems, inventory quantities, stock movements, stock reservations, or warranty records. It does not destructively overwrite records, delete records, auto-merge duplicates, run live Google Drive sync, or call external services.
