Sprint 7 adds operational billing and collection records without becoming a full accounting system. It covers invoices, invoice items, manual payment recording and confirmation, customer-safe receipts, operational expenses, and simple installment schedules.

Boundaries

No payment gateway, bank feed, tax filing, payroll, reconciliation, inventory deduction, external messaging, or production secret is included. Finance remains human-governed and every state-changing action uses the shared activity log.
