• Project owns lifecycle, sources, customer/site context, ownership, commercial warning, handover, and maintenance-transition state.
• ProjectAssignment links users through Project Owner, Lead Engineer, Field Engineer, Installer, Finance/Admin, Operations Support, or Quality Reviewer roles.
• ProjectTask stores assignment, priority, due date, state, and completion.
• ProjectMilestone stores delivery gates and target/completion dates.
• SiteVisit stores visit type, schedule, assigned user, customer representative, summary, findings, and next action.
• InstallationChecklistItem stores one requirement under a controlled installation section.
• ProjectRisk stores severity, status, ownership, mitigation, and resolution.

Projects optionally link Company, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Audit, Quote, Invoice, and Document. Cascading deletes are limited to project-owned operational children; business-source deletion only clears the optional project link.
