Support plan workflow

Plans link an installed system and optional Company/Contact. Types cover free support, monthly support, quarterly maintenance, annual maintenance, pay-as-you-go, and custom arrangements.

Managers create Draft plans and maintain dates, scope, price, currency, and billing-cycle metadata. Activation and cancellation require support.approve; suspension, expiry, and archival use support.manage.

This is coverage metadata only. Sprint 9 does not generate invoices or automate renewals.
