Use this when you need to follow the normal operating flow for Support.
- Create an installed system manually or from a project.
- Review the explicit warning if the project is incomplete or handover is not completed.
- Capture support demand as tickets and assign an internal user.
- Schedule maintenance visits when field work is needed.
- Record warranties and support-plan coverage.
- Resolve tickets after work is complete; a
support.approveuser closes them.
Every write creates an entry in the shared ActivityLog. No message or external-service side effect occurs.
