Use this when you need to follow the normal operating flow for Support.

  1. Create an installed system manually or from a project.
  2. Review the explicit warning if the project is incomplete or handover is not completed.
  3. Capture support demand as tickets and assign an internal user.
  4. Schedule maintenance visits when field work is needed.
  5. Record warranties and support-plan coverage.
  6. Resolve tickets after work is complete; a support.approve user closes them.

Every write creates an entry in the shared ActivityLog. No message or external-service side effect occurs.
