Unified Approval Center

The Approval Center is a generic human-review queue for cross-module decisions. It provides source context, risk, plain-English action summaries, safety summaries, comments, and reviewer decisions.

Workflow

1. Create or seed an approval request.
2. Assign a reviewer where appropriate.
3. Review the action summary, source, risk level, safety summary, and developer details.
4. Record Approved, Rejected, Changes Requested, or Pending/comment status.
5. Use the source module separately for any business action.

Permissions

• approvals.view can view requests.
• approvals.manage can create requests and add approval comments.
• approvals.approve can record approval decisions.

Boundary

Approval records do not mutate the target record. Approving a request does not approve a quote, send a message, confirm a payment, execute an import, close a ticket, change project status, or merge data.
