Sprint 21C closes the remaining Sprint 21B blockers without adding external integrations, autonomous agents, production deployment, production secrets, or new business modules.

CRM Detail Comments

Companies, leads, and opportunities now have dedicated detail routes linked from their CRM list cards. Each detail page keeps the familiar CRM summary context, related records, and activity summary, then exposes the shared Internal comments panel.

Internal comments are source-linked to the CRM record. Mentions create internal notifications only. Comments do not send email, WhatsApp, SMS, push, or customer-facing messages.

Developer Details Rule

Older snapshot, version, and technical payload pages should show a human-readable summary before raw metadata. Raw JSON, prompt payloads, snapshot metadata, and version metadata belong behind Developer details.

This rule applies to executive snapshots, document template metadata, document versions, quote versions, and prompt versions. Staff should be able to understand the record before opening raw payloads for troubleshooting or audit.

Mobile Notification Bell QA

The notification bell is part of the authenticated shell. Mobile QA should verify the bell is visible, the unread-count label is present, the menu opens on a narrow viewport, and the page does not gain horizontal overflow.

The bell remains internal-only. It does not send external notifications.

Manual Retest Focus

• Open /crm/companies, /crm/leads, and /crm/opportunities, then open the first record from each list.
• Confirm each detail page shows Internal comments and the mention helper text.
• Open notification bell on a mobile viewport and confirm it stays within the screen.
• Open snapshot/version pages and confirm the manager summary appears before Developer details.
• Confirm no external integrations, customer messages, autonomous actions, or production secrets were added.
