Sprint 3 adds a deliberately small customer-relationship foundation: companies, contacts, leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and a CRM-specific activity timeline. Authenticated operators work through /crm; crm.view permits reads and crm.manage permits server-validated writes.

• Workflow: stages and record flow.
• Data model: entities, relationships, and lifecycle fields.
• Permissions: authorization and activity logging.
• Record comments: company, lead, and opportunity detail comments with internal mentions.

Audit sizing, quote generation, finance, projects, customer portals, mobile applications, provider integrations, AI features, and production deployment are outside this foundation.
